• • Once you place your order an expert designer will contact you within 1 business day to go over the graphics, sizes, numbers, names, jersey weight and yolk preference.
  • Our custom sublimated hockey jersey program allows your team to have fully customized jerseys at an affordable price!
  • Possibilities are endless as you can select from over 1,500 Pantone colors to create your design, including NHL colors and patterns.
  • Graphics are printed directly onto the jersey fabric using a dye-sublimation process. This technique involves transferring special dyes to the fabric using heat and pressure, which causes the dyes to vaporize and bond with the fabric fibers. The result is a vibrant, durable, and lightweight jersey where the design is permanently embedded in the material. The designs won’t peel, crack, or fade over time because they become part of the fabric making these jerseys last for many years.
  • Choose from 3 different jersey weights and multiple neck, shoulder, elbow, and bottom hem designs to suit your level of play. Jersey weights include pro weight 230 g/m², light weight 160 g/m², and feather weight 120 g/m²
  • With a low initial minimum order of only 5 jerseys and no reorder minimum, these jerseys are ideal for rec leagues all the way up to club teams.

• • Step 1. Place an order for the number of jerseys needed for a first-time purchase or select “Reorder” to order more existing custom jerseys. Add the total number of jerseys needed to the cart (minimum of 5 required for new orders, no minimum for reorders) and then complete payment. If you are unsure on the quantities needed or just want to get started on the design process, please place a refundable order for Sublimated Design Deposit. 
  • Step 2. Our expert designer will email you within 1 business day to begin the designing process. They will send you a roster form to fill out in which you can specify which names, numbers, and jersey details you would like to have. The designing timeline usually takes 1-3 days to complete depending on the scope of the design needed. 
  • Step 3. Once you have approved the design and sent us the player list your order is submitted to production. Turnaround time is typically 4-5 weeks for normal orders and 1-3 weeks for rush orders. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number to follow the shipment progress.
